All sales made through Malignant are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Why we do not offer refunds

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Once a product has been delivered to you, it cannot be returned.

What to do if something goes wrong

If you did not receive your product or believe there is a fault with your order, contact us through our Discord server by opening a support ticket. We will investigate and issue a replacement if the fault is on our end.

We will not process replacements for issues caused by your own actions, including but not limited to: banning your own account, losing access credentials, or misuse of the product.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban from our store. We take fraud seriously and will contest all illegitimate disputes.
